Terms of use
Terms for using WGRIN Verify. Effective 3 October 2026.
1. Provider and service
WGRIN Verify is provided by Michal Rafaj, IČO 23605839, Kanice 119, 664 01 Kanice, Czech Republic (legal notice). It offers website checks, organisation profiles, domain claims and verification, badges and a public API. The service is currently free of charge.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secret. You are responsible for activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the account settings.
3. Claims and domain verification
Claim only domains and organisations you are authorised to represent. "Verified" means only that the profile's controller demonstrated control of the domain at the time of verification. It is not an endorsement, a rating or a statement about the organisation's trustworthiness.
4. Profile content
You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm that it is accurate and that you may publish it. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, free licence to publish and display that content as part of the service, for as long as the profile exists. Suggestions from website discovery are proposals; you decide what to accept. The operator may review, correct, suspend or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful or violates these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to bypass limits or security, to access other people's accounts or data, to overload the service, or to use it for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
6. Website checks
Website checks describe publicly observable technical facts at the moment of the check. They are not a rating and may be incomplete, for example when a website refuses automated requests.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of availability or of the completeness of information. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damage or lost profit arising from its use. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Changes and termination
The operator may change these terms; significant changes will be announced in advance. The operator may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. Consumers may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (adr.coi.cz). Questions: [email protected].
Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
